## Engagement model

- Forge Diagnostic: fixed fee, 2 weeks. Where every engagement starts; ends with a scoped, priced build plan.
- Eval and Reliability Audit: fixed fee, 2 weeks, for AI systems a company already built (eval harness, reliability gates, a fix plan).
- Forge Sprint: 10 to 14 weeks from kickoff to a live production system, scoped in the Diagnostic. Ships with an eval harness and reliability gates.
- Forge Scale: monthly adoption retainer (the Adoption Mile: named operator, weekly working cadence, live adoption scoreboard). Top tier is a Fractional Chief AI Officer engagement.
- Forge Run: monthly managed agent operations per system (monitoring, production evals, SLAs, model upgrades).
- PE Portfolio Pack: portfolio AI scan, Diagnostic multipack, sponsor-level adoption scoreboard. Scoped with the sponsor.

## The standard

- 70 percent weekly-active adoption bar by day 90.
- 10 to 14 weeks from kickoff to a live production system.
